How to Vote

To vote in Nebraska, residents must register by March 24, 2026, either online through the Nebraska Secretary of State's voter registration portal, by mail, or in person at their county election office. On Election Day, April 14, 2026, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT; early voting is available from April 3 to April 10, 2026, at designated county election offices or satellite locations. Voters must present a valid photo ID, such as a Nebraska driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID, or sign a reasonable impediment declaration if unable to obtain ID.
