How to Vote

To vote in Lincoln, Nebraska, residents must register by April 27, 2026, either online via the Nebraska Secretary of State's voter portal, by mail, or in person at the Lancaster County Election Office. On election day, polls are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT; early voting begins April 20 and runs through May 11 at designated locations, and voters must present a valid photo ID such as a Nebraska driver's license, state ID, or passport.
