To vote in Nebraska's 2026 gubernatorial primary, voters must register by April 22, 2026, either online, by mail, or in person at their county election office. On election day, registered voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT; early voting is available from April 27 to May 11 at designated county election offices or satellite locations. Voters must present a valid photo ID, such as a Nebraska driver’slicence, state ID, passport, or military ID, when voting in person.
