How to Vote

Voters in Bloomington can register online via the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at local election offices. On Election Day, polling places are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; early voting is available starting September 18 at designated city and county locations. Voters must present a valid ID if registering on-site or if it’s their first time voting in a federal election after registering by mail.
