How to Vote

Amy O-Leary is a former Coon Rapids City Council member and education advocate with over a decade of experience in local government and nonprofit leadership. Her campaign focuses on expanding affordable housing, enhancing environmental initiatives, and increasing transparency and community engagement in city decision-making.
Jerry Koch is a longtime Coon Rapids resident and small business owner who has served on the city's Parks and Recreation Commission for eight years. He is running to improve public safety, invest in infrastructure upgrades, and promote sustainable development while keeping property taxes stable for residents.
