How to Vote
To vote in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, first register online via the Minnesota Secretary of State's website by October 14, 2026, or register in person at your polling place on Election Day with proof of residence. You may vote early in person at Eden Prairie City Hall or Hennepin County service centers from September 18 to November 2, 2026, request an absentee ballot by mail, or vote at your assigned polling place on November 3, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Bring a valid ID if registering or voting for the first time by mail; otherwise, no ID is required for most voters.

Lisa Whittaker is a current Eden Prairie City Council member seeking re-election after serving one term. A former school psychologist and community volunteer, she focuses on public safety, environmental sustainability, and fostering inclusive neighborhoods.
Tyron Carter is a lifelong Eden Prairie resident and small business owner who has served on the city's Parks and Recreation Commission for four years. He is running to improve local infrastructure, support youth programs, and ensure equitable development across all city wards.
