How to Vote
To vote in Plymouth, Minnesota, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old by Election Day, and a resident of Minnesota. Register to vote online at the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at your local election office; registration closes 21 days before Election Day. On Election Day, vote at your assigned polling place, or vote early in person at designated locations from September 18 to November 1, 2026, or request an absentee ballot by mail. No ID is required to vote in Minnesota unless you are a first-time voter who registered by mail and did not provide ID at registration.

Biography
Jennifer Johnson is a longtime Plymouth resident and small business owner who has served on the city's planning commission for four years. She is running to promote sustainable development, improve public safety, and increase transparency in city government. Johnson holds a degree in urban planning from the University of Minnesota.
Michael Davis is a retired police sergeant and Plymouth resident of 20 years, bringing extensive experience in public safety and community relations to the council race. He is focused on reducing property taxes, supporting local law enforcement, and maintaining fiscal responsibility in city spending. Davis volunteers with the Plymouth Youth Sports Association.
It's early, but the organization's new leader senses renewed energy around a young club that's off to a 7-6 start — including four straight wins.
