How to Vote
To vote in Minnesota, eligible residents must register by October 13, 2026, either online through the Minnesota Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at their local election office. Voters may cast ballots early in-person from September 18 to November 1, 2026, or on Election Day, November 3, 2026, at their assigned polling place. Identification is required for first-time voters who registered by mail; otherwise, most voters do not need to show ID unless challenged, in which case they may vote a provisional ballot and provide ID later.

Kelli Slavik is the incumbent mayor of Plymouth, first elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. She is seeking re-election to continue her work on environmental sustainability, infrastructure investment, and community equity initiatives.
Jeffrey W. Jacobson is a Plymouth city councilmember and small business owner who has served on the council since 2020. He is running for mayor to promote fiscal responsibility, improve public safety, and manage responsible growth in Plymouth.
