How to Vote

Registered voters in Saint Paul can vote by mail, in person during early voting from September 20 to November 3, or at their polling place on Election Day, November 4, 2025. To register, Minnesota residents must submit a voter registration application online, by mail, or in person by October 14, 2025; same-day registration is available at polling places with proof of residence. Voters are not required to show ID unless registering or voting for the first time after registering by mail.
