How to Vote

To vote in Michigan, residents must register by October 6, 2025, online, by mail, or in person at their local clerk's office. Early voting begins October 25 and runs through November 3, 2025, at designated sites; on Election Day, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters must present acceptable photo ID, such as a Michigan driver's license or state ID, or sign an affidavit if they do not have ID.
