To vote in Michigan, residents must register by July 15, 2025, either online through the Michigan Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at their local clerk’s office. Voters can cast ballots early in person from July 26 to August 4, 2025, or on Election Day at their designated polling place; photo ID is required, but voters without ID may sign an affidavit and vote a regular ballot.
