To vote in the Livonia City Council General Election, Michigan residents must be registered to vote by October 6, 2025. Voters can cast their ballots in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place, during the early voting period from October 25 to November 3, 2025, or by requesting an absentee ballot, which must be submitted by 8:00 PM on Election Day. Voters are required to show photo ID at the polls, or sign an affidavit if they do not have one.
