How to Vote

Voters in Livonia, Michigan, must be registered by July 5, 2025, to participate in the August 5 primary. They can vote in person at their assigned polling place on election day, cast an absentee ballot by mail or in person at their clerk’s office, or vote early in person at designated early voting sites from July 11 through August 2, 2025. Michigan requires voters to show photo ID at the polls, but those without ID can sign an affidavit and vote a regular ballot.
